“I am so sorry for the delay in getting this to you. We have actually provided your details to a few people already.
We wanted to write to thank you so much for making our wedding day easy and perfect.
We chose to have a non-traditional wedding and though we met with other wedding planners you were the only person who really understood what we wanted for our day. Not only did you understand what we wanted but you were able to offer us ideas to make the day work smoothly, and ensure that the day was a big success.
Every detail of the day was perfect!
1 Hair and make up – the hair and make up artists were amazing, I chose not to have a practice session and only chose the hairstyle on the day of the wedding, and was so pleased with the results! The make up was simple but absolutely flawless and I loved my hair so much! I almost cried when I looked in the mirror after they finished working on me! I couldn’t have been happier and they are very skilled at the job.
2 Decorations – We chose to have the ceremony and ensuing party in the villa (Space Villas – also highly recommended as a beautiful place to stay but also a brilliant place for a small wedding). The villa is beautiful as it is but Sari arranged for decorations which converted the already beautiful villa into a tasteful and beautifully decorated dream venue!
3 Music – The band was excellent, they made sure to learn a song that the groom wanted to sing with them and the wedding guests all had fun singing karaoke along with the band and dancing to the upbeat music.
4 Entertainment – We asked for Rindik music to be played while the guests were arriving, before the ceremony and this turned out to be the perfect start to a perfect day. The music players were lovely and added another touch of magic to the day.
5 Fire dancers – One of the highlights of the day was a surprise that we arranged for the guests, in the form of fire dancers. There were 3 dancers in all and they were excellent – I am so glad that we have video of this part of the celebrations as I have watched it a number of times again already and will be sure to watch it again and again. The guests were blown away and I asked for a traditional costume (rather than belly bared etc) – they looked absolutely beautiful!
6 Food and drink – though the villas catered for the wedding, Sari assisted in ensuring that we got the kind of food we were after, by providing us with pictures to provide to the villas and helping with the organization.
7 Photos and Video – The photographer and video man were there to capture everything on the day, we have hundreds of amazing photos to choose from as well as a beautiful wedding album, all provided to us within days of the wedding along with a DVD with features a short summary (I still can’t watch it without getting teary eyed, and I have watched it heaps of times already!) as well as an edited 1 hour version of the events. We were also provided with the original tapes so that we can watch the whole 4 hours that the video man took when/if we choose to. We were blown away by not only the amazing quality but the value. We did toss up as to whether we wanted a video of the wedding but it was possibly one of the best decisions we made when decided have the event recorded.
Sari was there from the beginning to the end of the day ensuring that everything went to plan, the organization of the wedding from my perspective was so simple as Sari looked after every detail, and the only thing we needed to do was make the occasional decision and enjoy the most perfect day of our lives!
